Had a meaningful talk with a colleague today. Although it's actually more of her relationship stuff, but I have a similar problem(It's not related to my bf.) But I know I did the right thing. And even when I faced the occasional sarcastic comments. It's great to tell the truth. Even when it hurts. The brain is a most poisonous tool, churning out those thoughts that made me so sad.
I can't even give any advice as much as I want to. As I have none.
