Met up with an old friend today, knew her since primary school days which means nearly 1 decade of friendship. Although we haven met up for so long, glad that we still behave the same as always, taunting each other, labeling each other as 'childish'. Actually we're really childish, we're more excited in buying games than shopping around. Somemore those games are more suitable for teenagers kinds.
And oh I'm going to learn to cook real soon. CANT' WAIT! I love cooking, that's' why I took F&N in secondary school. The food turned out looking pretty and exquisite but it always failed to taste up to expectations.

Things I'm gonna do before sch officially starts

- Learn to whip up 2-3 dishes
- Brush up on my Japanese/Go for Japanese classes
- Save up for Taiwan trip
Will add on after thinking of more.

Something really strange happened when I was going home after bridging course today. Bala alighted at outram, so I was standing in the MRT listening to my mp3 with great relish and staring into the air. Then this lady and a guy stood near the handrail, talking to each other. The lady suddenly turned to me and asked, 'Where did you buy your bangle from?' What a funny question right? Of course being a polite girl, I told her. She said she saw many people wearing the exact thing including Taiwanese pop stars. Hmm, i don't even know that.

This should be the end of the conversation already but the lady kept coming up with questions(The guy contributed too), 'Just knocked off?' 'Taking what course?' 'You're wearing colored contacts?' 'You put on make-up? is that mascara on your eyes?'

The only nice thing is when she said that she liked how I did my eyes. They asked me where I would be alighting. I said 'Tampines'. To my horror, they were also going to alight at the very same stop. Then the guy very irritating, asked me I like to sleep very late huh. I knew what he's implying, my dark eye circles. At that point, I thought they were going to sell my some beauty products.
Luckily, someone called the guy and they alighted at paya lebar to meet their friends. She requested for my number so I gave her. 'Next time can go to the sports complex together.' Wow, what a strange way to meet friends. In the MRT. Haha. Hope they are not those pesky salespeople trying to sell you something you don't need.

SHOPPING does lift up your mood instantly! Thinking of it makes me high with ecstasy!
